The International Women’s Day illustration gallery was curated and illustrated by women for TracyLocke to celebrate, honor and inspire women. The origins of the Illustration started with a concept pitch for a Tracylocke client that featured Cardi B.
When the concept pitch wasn't bought, it evolved into pairing an inspirational/powerful woman from history with her counterpart in the present day for TracyLocke’s Diversity and Inclusivity Initiative - TL ALL.
As you look through each of the illustrations, you will see the reflection of the hopes, dreams and aspirations of each illustrator by the women they chose; the women from history to the present day.
Gold ADDY
International Women’s Day was then submitted for Addy and received a Gold ADDY in illustration. According to The American Advertising Awards Foundation a Gold ADDY is recognition of the highest level of creative excellence and is judged to be superior to all other entries in the category.
